Under the original “San Tin Technopole” development plan, approximately 116 hectare of existing
agricultural land and ponds are reclaimed to make way for new I&T buildings, severing ties between
the San Tin villagers to the North. We propose to lift up the new developments, “touching the earth
lightly”, minimize disruption and preserve the existing rural fabric
