Our proposal seeks to introduce PLAYFULNESS and ENERGY as the new identity of the new Western District Harbourfront by proposing playful, user-friendly and sustainable park that aim to RE-GENERATE LIVELINESS among the local community and public visitors along the strip that is currently occupied by the Wholesale Food Market, the Public Cargo Working Area, an abandoned land of former abattoir and incinerator, and a private port.
